Come on girl, you can do it! Just refocus and start slowly! Make one great decision each day and keep adding more and more. Just think of the great things that happen and how you feel when you eat right and workout! YOU CAN DO IT!!! We have 11ish weeks left till Christmas!!!!

I started going to bootcamp. My weakness was not going to the gym consistently, so I joined bootcamp with some friends to make myself go!

Today I made an appointment to get my blood work done. Last time they tried to draw blood, I had a panic attack. Hopefully, this time goes better!

Luckily sweets are not my downfall, but holiday food is. This year I will not deny myself something, just have a few bites instead.
