If u cut down on carbs (sugar, glycogen, etc.) then u will begin to have crazy cravings, low energy, tired. To help with cravings I might have a apple, grapes, or Greek yogurt

Taking creatine will help u build lean muscle and taking a mass gainer protein will also help u gain size

I'm cutting right now so I'm taking: multivitamin, fish oil (morning and night), BCAA, x4 protein shakes a day, fat burner, creatine, testosterone booster, L-carnitine, and a night time muscle recovery/ sleep aid

For a night time craving I like to have either grapes, a apple, or some Greek yogurt:)

Your diet is the hardest part of fitness. A lot of it has to do with Mental toughness. It's hard at first but eventually it will become a daily routine. U can do this:)

You can also take a FISH OIL. It's an anti-inflammatory and is also good for your joints
