Losing At Least 140 lbs!!

Hey everyone my name is Courtney and I am here on MFP to track my calories and macros in order to lose at least 140 pounds to be in my healthy weight range!

I have lost 50 pounds so far but still have a long road ahead of me so I am looking for buddies to add on here to help stay accountable!

I am doing the Trim Healthy Mama plan and I am about to start the 60 Day PiYo program tomorrow, I'm excited to be here and ready to drop the other 90 lbs!

Let's do this!!

    50 is still a feat! I'll add you! I'll be losing an upwards of 70 soon . You can do it! :)

    I also have over 140 lbs to lose just started but need to get healthier starting with tracking what i eat then gonna start adding in exercise

    How did your results with PIYO turn right? Did you like the program? Was thinking of ordering it too!
