Because our body ruins on carbs . Natural bread wont make you fat (whole grain, low sodium,vegan) . It is the butter and eggs in it that makes you fat actually. So don't blame the carbs.

Yes of course, the point here is i dont really care about my calorie intake. I just eat until i am full and satisfied and be able to function properly and do my workouts. But all of my homemade foods are low salt, low fat, low sugar. Unlike the food that i had this whole day.

Yes slowly. In fact i don't really like to weigh myself. Maybe once every 2 weeks when I feel like doing it.

Yea and smash all of the water in. I basically eat homemade food all the time and nevertheless i do feel quite awful after eating high fat high sugar high sodium food all day long

I am 159cm. I dont feel deprived at all because i eat until i am fully satisfied and never skip meals. i basically eat homecooked food all the time. I wasn't binging on my food actually, i just felt that i ate too much "bad food" today.

@PinkPixiexox i recently increase my food intake as long as its homemade and wholefood i never really count it.

Yes i dont, especially when i have a wholefood or home cooked food, i never really take the calories down and just eat until i am satisfied. But high sodium food makes me bloated like hell. And all of the oil, sugar and salt were just pffffftttt

I dont really deprive myself that bad, i will have abit of chocolate once in few days etc but today was kinda too much food for me

So basically you will eat whatever thing you love to have just never go overboard ? Mine is the same 1200cal , and today i ate about 2000. I dont usually count too much if i ate whole foods and homecooked food. But today was a disaster

It was useless on me !! I did not lose even a pound after taking it for 2 weeks before my exercise. Stop taking it and just eat clean and exercise more

Some are hard to measure but most of them are stick to the true measurements. I mean like how do you measure your veggie stir fry?

It is okay to skip a day of exercise if you are not feeling well. It is better to skip a day rather than the need to skip a week, because your condition get worsen if you force yourself too much.

Yes if you want to lose weight all you need to do is to eat a calorie deficit (based on my past experience) but you will not be toned up.

@3bambi3 Yes i did read it. My TDEE - 20% is about 1,240cal / day. Which is my current calories goal. So basically i need to increase 200cal more each day? Pretty easy if i just shove 2tbsp of peanut butter everyday.

Carbs arent bad if they are the "right" carbs. It is needed to fuel your body and your body basically run on carbs. Good carbs are rice, potatoes, oats, millets, sweet potatoes. For real? I use weight to determine my food. Sometimes its not easy if you cook stir fry where u mixed up everything, so i just calculate them individually. (Eg : one tomatoes, 80g tofu, half cucumber) etc. For sweet potatoes,oats and banana are definitely correct cause i weighed all of them.

Just to be clear again, i am really not starving myself, in fact i am quite stuffed most of the time. I have a small frame (all of my bones are small) but i am the skinny fat type. It is so hard to be toned except my legs. I don't have a jiggly thighs. But the rest of the body are just pfffttttt! Like abs and arms! Duh

I am not suffering of any kind of injury, i just tend to sit alot because i have nothing much to do besides staring at my computer all day. I really want to try to incoporate weight lifting to my exercise to gain muscle, and by that time i will increase my calories intake.
