Hydroxycut hardcore

Hello all...well obviously I'm gonna chat about hydroxycut hardcore. I have heard a lot of good things soooooo, I purchased some. I don't really need to lose an extreme amount of weight but if I could shed 10 or 15lbs why not? The thing is it makes me feel jittery and I hate it. I'm not sure if maybe it's to strong for me or what the deal is but should everyone take the dose the bottle recommends no matter a persons height or weight? I run, a lot. However I was fine with one twice daily and as the days go on, it shows 2 twice daily. If I was jittery with one 2x a day is it ok to stay on that dose or does that avoid the whole point if I don't escalate to a higher dose??

It's likely the caffeine that is making you jittery.

If you hate it, why keep taking it? You can lose 10-15 pounds by creating a calorie deficit -- no special products that make you feel sick or jittery are necessary.

It made me feel nauseated and jittery and I definitely lost weight while taking it likely because I felt too sick to eat.
Either way, it's not worth it. If you wanna burn more calories, work on gaining muscle

It makes you feel jittery because it has caffeine in it. It doesn't do anything for weight loss, there are no magic weight loss ingredients like the site claims.

It was useless on me !! I did not lose even a pound after taking it for 2 weeks before my exercise. Stop taking it and just eat clean and exercise more

Clean is an arbitrary term, it does nothing for weight loss.

    Calories in < Calories out.

    That is all.

My gp said a really wise thing my last check up.
If there was a magic pill or a short cut to weight loss, there would be no fat people.

Unfortunately he's right. But judging by your answers, you're pretty smart and you're going to do amazing! Good luck op!

Stop taking this immediately if you are experiencing adverse effects - also make sure you notify the company as they are legally bound to record and track these.

Sounds like you've already figured this one out though. I used Hydroxycut (work in pharmacovigilance and get a lot of free samples). I used this for ~5 months and noticed absolutely no effect on my fat burning/weight loss. Then again I didn't experience any adverse effects. If I remember correctly 1 pill ~ 1 cup of coffee in terms of caffeine.

Nothing hardcore about it. Just some high doses of caffeine.......................at a high cost.

Yes I have and like a post said if I don't like it maybe I shouldn't take it which is correct I just didn't know if it were just me or if the dosage was to high. It also is my fault for making my purchase off of hear say because today is the second day which required me to make 2 tablets so when I experienced the jitters was when I finally did a little research and found numerous side effects.
