This was a tough week. I only ate ok. I drank a few days. I also hurt my back, so no working out. I go to the doctor tomorrow to find out what my issue really is. 🤞🤞

I'm not able to view it on the google sheets app either. I had to use my work computer to update it today. I'll try to open it directly through my google sheets app now that I've opened it on my pc later...I'll let you know if that works.

Kim, my 1:1 shows I didn't weigh in. Im still in the comp so I guess it's a typo but I don't want it to mess anything up. The weight is right in the weigh-in spreadsheet. Just thought I'd bring it up in case it matters. Thanks for all you do!!!!
