I'm in the same situation, but only 3 children! Trying to lose weight and tone up the mum tum. I don't think the loose skin can ever go though can it? I have no feeling in my loose stomach skin at all now

Yes, the baby is only 9 weeks. The three year old walks and the almost 2 year old is in the pram, although sometimes walks if we're not in a hurry. I want to lose from all over, but they're the specific areas. If a weighted vest is uncomfortable, sounds like it's not the best thing at the moment. Maybe I will try ankle…

No, I know. But, if a particular exercise is no longer having an effect, then it needs to be modified. As I don't want really muscly legs, I'm not sure if ankle weights are the way to go, which is why I mentioned where I'd specifically like to lose from and tone up, in case people had ideas for the best type of weights or…

Uk mum of 3 here, boy aged 3, girl aged 22 months and a 7 week old baby boy too. Due to breastfeeding, I'm not restricting what I eat, just trying to be a built healthier and exercise where I can. Finding the time is difficult as my children think they need to be attached to me at all times. Sigh! Add me!

Mine was the 1st! I have two older ones too. I'm trying to lose just over a stone now. It was about 20 pounds in total I think, and I've lost 5 now.
