Thank you. I am 33x26x36 at 132lbs. I feel very uncomfortable like this and would much rather be 33x24x35 and low to mid 120s. At least I know that I am "technically" too big. Thanks for your response.

I have Runtastic Pro (I don't have the HRM) and I think it overestimates by about 10% when plugging in an exercise. 35 calories per mile is a rough estimate for what I burn riding a bike without taking into account terrain, wind, etc. You can look up estimates based on your weight. I have mine set at maintain weight (trying to lose) and at sedentary. I eat 500-600 less than what my FitBit Charge HR says I burn each day. Usually that means I'm eating around 14-1700 per day.

I know you said you don't have bulk stores like Sams or BJs in your area, but I shop a lot on Walmart.com. I live in NYC and the grocery stores here are expensive and small. I just bought 60 packages of instant oatmeal for like $7. Granted they are not the High-Fiber ones I would like, but it's what I can afford now. I…

I find enjoyment in eating a larger dinner and the feelings of actually being full once a day. It doesn't seem like I am "dieting" that way. It's probably not the most healthful way of looking at things. I also save 180 calories for dessert which is always 1c of 1% milk and a packaged 70 calorie cookie I like.
