I am B12 deficient and just recently found out. I am also just taking pills for now with a recheck scheduled. I have not had any side effects. I would think the side effects would be more for people who are taking it and don't need it. Most people have enough B12 stored in their liver to last a long time so it is sad to me…

My daughter made pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese icing and left the two leftover not needed for school on the counter next to my vitamins. I cried for awhile and then threw them in the trash instead of eating them. Now I cannot make any promises about not digging through the garbage later. Kidding of course.

Wow thank you all for the great responses. I say I'm 130 pounds overweight but that is defined by bmi. I've always looked and felt great 35-40 pounds heavier than the bmi charts. I do have a lot of muscle and used to lift. I have never been an endurance person so maybe I will try to go longer at 65%. Thanks for the…

Patience is not my strongest point. I just know last time I tried this journey, I dropped weight really fast but kept the inches.

I did just start exercising. I was so sick for a couple of years and didnt do anything. Now I exercise at least 30 minutes daily at 65 to 70% max heart rate. Maybe that's it. I will try to be patient and be grateful for the looser clothes. I just like to see numbers too.
