I tend to snack throughout the day. I eat something small every couple hours, the have a semi normal dinner with the family. I feel that it holds me over much better than having 3 meals.

Go right ahead and add me. I am somewhat in the same boat. Trying to eat much better. Exercise when I can. I work 12 hour shifts, thankfully only 3 or 4 days a week though. I don't really get much exercise on days I work (other than the walking I do), so I try to be fairly active on my days off.

While I'm not pregnant now (thank god) I gained a ton with both of my kids. I wasn't really concerned with what I ate, and I'm still trying to lose what I gained....8 years later.
