  • @Pearl4686, @ashleycarole86: I am a daily weigh person as well. I have found that if I lose or maintain from day to day inspires me to keep going. If I have gained from the day before I adjust my menu for that day to ensure I continue to hit my goals.

  • Busy day here. I'm at 6000 steps at is only 3pm so I am super excited about that. I have a 20 page paper due by 11pm on Sunday so my face might be buried in a book for the next few days. At least the treadmill has a place to hold my book so I can read and walk at the same time.
  • You all amaze me on your number of steps you get in for a day. On a regular day I am lucky to get 3000. On gym days it's usually 8000. I am hoping going back to work soon will help me with this some. U guys inspire me!! <3
  • @kellie_erin: What a great idea! Avoiding takeout for a month. My boyfriend eats fast food everyday for lunch. So when it's dinner time he wants home cooked food. I maybe eat out once a month but I am going to try to get him to commit to this for the rest of the month. Thanks for the great idea!

  • Had my sleeve April 2021. Had a cardiac arrest in June 2021. I have lost 102 pounds. Not that I have my heart happy again I am finally able to exercise again. I eat 60g of protein a day, no more than 20g of carbs, and stay under 1200 calories a day. Would love some supportive friends.

  • They do have these pills but they are to cure C.Diff....an intestinal infection you can get from long term use of antibiotics. Wouldnt recommend them for any other use.
