Hm I just did 40 on the treadmill. Didn't input my weight or height or anything as it is old and doesn't have that option. I fast walked the first and last ten minutes and jogged 20 of them. I was sweating so I know things were all good. I burned (apparently)140 fat calories and 445 calories at 2.6 miles. I ate back none…

@tycoon460 - that's really helpful. I was wondering why my leg muscles couldn't handle my usual workout the other day. Need to swap it around a bit so I work different muscles each day. Thanks!

Oh wow that's really great. I don't have the money for a personal trainer and my arms aren't very strong soat the moment i'm just lifting water bottles haha. You really do look great, I hope my back will look like that soon!

oh yes that would be great. I wanted to get round to posting a before pic....kind of a before pic as i've already lost a load of weight ...but yeah it's not nice when the only place you want gone does not go!

hmmm, i don't log my coffee or the milk i use in it as it's minimal and I have lost weight despite of it. I do sometimes drink coffee and miss lunch which i know isn't good but it does allow me a slightly more fulfilling dinner! I will sometimes eat a piece of fruit late afternoon if I feel rubbish for lack of food aswell

well, I am dieting so I'm not simply relying on reducing fat in that area by doing the exercises with no means of fat burning, but every little helps. I am a bit worried about losing wight because i don't want to lose boob fat as my boobs are already a bit flat and rubbishy from breast feeding. but my back is the last area…
