Thanks :) Today I did 30min of personal training and will do another 20-30 minutes of HIIT at home for a challenge that I'm doing. Super sore but I'm gonna go for it. I ate just shy of my 1600 calories and I'm super full again. Whenever I wake up late and eat a late breakfast .. it kills my appetite for the day. :/ can't…

I know with those meds it makes your heart maintain a lower rate, which is way it may be hard to burn to calories. Do you do weight training? I think it will help a lot :) The more muscle you gain, the more fat your body will burn at rest.

It's so awesome to have a friend to workout with! And, Take before and after pictures! remember when you are building muscle sometimes our weights will stay the same but our bodies are changing shape & our clothes will fit different. Have you ever looked at fat % instead or in addition to measuring your weight? :)

A year from now you'll be glad you started today. I also believe in non-food rewards about every 5lb or so. Nothing too big (atleast not until i reach my goal), but maybe a pedicure, or new gym outfit, etc.
