I've now been on MFP for 185 days and lost 81lbs. Here's some recent NSVs - ( keep in mind, I'm 45 and started at 317lbs, size 24W pants) 1. I ordered a XL bathing suit from Victoria's Secret. Have you tried leg compression sleeves? I started running in January, and I got them to help with shin splints. They are awesome! You can order them from Amazon.

You are at a healthy BMI, so maybe you should just concentrate on improving your fitness? The scale is someimes not the best judge.

I just started C25k at the end of January. I am very slow still repeating week 3. But, have you tried compression leg sleeves? They have saved me, oh and really good running shoes- I got Hoka One One shoes. Awesome!

Of course, you should see your dr but low energy, problems with electrolytes and vitamin deficiencies sounds like Celiac or gluten allergy. Have you been tested? I had all of those issues before finding out.

I weight myself every day. I track using MFP and Happy Scales apps. Happy Scales shows averages and predictions. I am afraid to not weigh daily, it gives me comfort that I am still on the right track.

This is a strange one, lol. But, hopefully somebody will appreciate it. My cat always lays on one of my legs when I watch tv. For the last couple times, he has dug his paws into the side of my thigh like he was going to fall off. Lol. I think my thighs are getting smaller!
