  • Lol heard that! I just do the next days meals too bc mainly idk what I'll want to eat but also if i make it too far ahead my precious boyfriend thinks its a snack that made itself and appeared from nowhere just for him. Then I have no lunch when I'm rushing out the door lol
  • I've learned an important lesson. I stay on track when I meal prep. If I don't have it planned out I tend to venture out around lunch. So always carry your lunch to work with healthy options.   • My daddy makes the best grilled chicken veggie kabobs ever... He seasons it with olive oil garlic salt and black pepper its amazing you can also replace the chicken with steak or shrimp the veggies are normally squash, zucchini, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes

  • I always went back to making chicken fajitas with just sauteed peppers onions and mushrooms and garlic... I used the little orange containers for my shredded cheese (one container per taco) and salsa for my "taco sauce" with the whole wheat tortillas.
  • Cauliflower crust, light cream cheese with hidden valley ranch powder mixed in it top it with raw chopped cucumber, tomato,broccoli, black olives and if you absolutely have to you can add bacon bits and a little bit of shredded cheese .... My mom called it pizza so we used to eat it like crazy and its wonderful !!!

  • I bought vanilla Shakeology and it was horrible the best thing I've ever done is add vanilla almond milk with peanut butter and a banana and a touch of vanilla flavoring ... That zapped the chalky taste but I'm never buying it again .. Which powder do you use?
  • I Pack a salad in a Mason jar ... Dressing on the bottom with your veggies next and keep your greens as close to the top as possible . add in a paper towel square under the lid to soak up the moisture and keep the lettuce from getting soggy!   • Oh yea my boyfriend eats constantly . That's why I'm on the app lol I have gained probably 20lbs in a year thanks to that lovely man. I had this app a while back and lost about 20lbs in 8 weeks but I just stopped using it when I got a new phone so I'm back! Hopefully we can all help each other and reach our fitness goals
