HAPPY REST DAY!!! At least to everyone on Day 19. @squeekecho262 You've got it! Soooo close. @rochihong You'll get there. Give your back a rest and do some stretching. I would suggest some Yoga since a lot of the poses incorporate some kind of plank which also helps with this challenge!

I'm in Pacific Standard Time so for me, my post was at 4:55 am. I was curious because your post said 2:35 am when I logged on this morning.
