    Day 20 2:30 - 1:30 cold makes it difficult to breathe!! I'll have to catch up when it gets better!

    Feel better!!! For the life of me I can't seem to go over 40 seconds! I'm going to try with music later on.

    My song right now for the plank is Empire of the Sun - Walking on a Dream. I sing the chorus :P and I like the easy feel of it :)

    Today's a rest day for me so I think that has made the plank easier. Usually I do the plank at the end of my cardio workout.
