    The beginning of this just wasn't doing it for me (I didn't feel challenged) so I moved up a few days (ok 2 weeks!) and then just revamped it all together - for my body and personal goals. Yesterday I nailed 3:00 and today I hit 3:15 - shaking and whining the whole time! LOL But I made it! Keep up the good work y'all!

    For some, a 20-second plank is a challenge. For people like me that do 60-second planks and could/would do more if they weren't so boring, this type of challenge isn't challenging at all. But with this one, it's better suited for people at any stage. Ideally, you would increase your best plank time by 2.5 minutes in a month.

    @LyndseyLovesToLift
    That's a good one! Thnx
    We also went over for some that if the time isn't challenging enough yet they can do a longer time, that's why most post the challenge time then the time they achieved :)
    Also that they can add in doing spiderman planks etc
    :)

    You'll get there! It's all about challenging yourself and pushin' a little further everyday. Baby steps... The sum of our small goals equals our greatest acomplishments!

    @idupack great saying!
    @nmannette575 it's ok! Gotta start somewhere right?! I find myself struggling so much at the end that right at the end when I'm about to give in, I tend to move around a bit like moving my feet back and forth so I'm almost rocking and I close my eyes and count my breaths till I can't physically take it anymore and drop lol gets me a little further each time :P

    One minute... But really stuck at one minute... Tried twice and could not go above one minute by even a few seconds!
