    Day 22 and 23 2:30 both days argghhs. Weekends bad hahaha must push more this week and stay on it! So determined to get to 3!!

    Though I probably should have done a bit of a try today. I will definitely be going past the 28 days for this to even get close to 4mins :) but that's ok!!

    Day 27 lmao suppose to be at 4 by today and got up to around 2:30-2:40 but today was only 2. Had a cold last week and I think I need a kick in the tush to get going at this one harder!!

    Day - 18 2:30 - FAIL! Broke my phone lastnight and sooked all day about it. Anyway I have a new phone now so I'll get back on track tomorrow

    OK, so I skipped yesterday since it is after midnight now. I'm calling today Day 27, then. The 4:00 was actually easier to do than 3:30 was. So I didn't start really struggling until around the 3:20 mark. Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow on day 28.

    I totally didn't do my day 28 yesterday hahaha knew it wouldn't go well.
    I think I'm just going to push as far as I can each day now since I'm at the 28 mark n not at 4! :)

    Day 20 - Uh oh.
    Today is the third day in a row that I haven't done a plank. I'm going to have to push myself to hit my times tomorrow and then just try and get back on track.

    It did take me more than 28 days, and I think anyone can get there... some faster than others, but if the goal is a 4 min. plank and you put in the effort, it is just a matter of time (i.e. when, not if).
