I mix plank with leg kick, also plank with push ups, at the end the plank by itself becomes easier0 -

Right on!
There's one I've done where you just keep going in a circle of being on your elbows to pushing up onto your hands one at a time then back down to elbows. Kind of like a pushup almost
Then 'spiderman' plank were you're basically doing a side crunch.
Though both only last for a few rounds before I stop lol0 -
I'll join in. I would love to get to 4min.

Day 9 60 seconds completed.
It's amazing looking back on the first day that I was barely able to do 20 seconds and now I am able to do 60.
Whew.
