@CassidyScaglione it's ok! In time I have a feeling I'll get stuck at the 2min mark I'm going to try and work on my arm and core strength with some other exercises hoping it will help me out.

I mix plank with leg kick, also plank with push ups, at the end the plank by itself becomes easier0 -

Right on!
There's one I've done where you just keep going in a circle of being on your elbows to pushing up onto your hands one at a time then back down to elbows. Kind of like a pushup almost
Then 'spiderman' plank were you're basically doing a side crunch.
Though both only last for a few rounds before I stop lol0 -
