Oh man.. I missed 4 days...I didn't think I missed that many days... had to go stay with my mom.. she had surgery on her spine. . So i was helping out.. time to get back at it..

Got a doll put on my back half way through Haha. I'm really looking forward to my next rest day with these. Not sure if I can keep increasing my time, I might just hold here for a bit because it's definitely a massive struggle to keep up for this long.0 -

@ThermoDust "Hurts" might not be the best word. I have always had back discomfort since I was a teenager. Some might call it pain, but I'm going to call it discomfort in this case because I'm sure it is not entirely related to planks.0 -

@midwesterner85 I'm basically in the same boat. I can't do regular crunches much (or I don't like to) cause no matter what I do the right side of my back makes a noise lol! And it feels weird as it's happening. Happens with high leg kicks or the bicycle legs on your back sometimes too. So I do v sits as it's a still position. Or v sits side to sides too.
So wonder if planks irritate it? I always feel it in that area first during planks.0 -

Day 9 1:00 : 2:30
From 1:45 till 2:15 (yesterday's Time) I counted down in 5 secs 30, 25, 20, 15 etc. I find really focusing on counting rather then trying to stay up helps me alot. Then I just took a deep breathe and went for it for the last 15 secs0 -

@rochihong You'll get there. Give your back a rest and do some stretching. I would suggest some Yoga since a lot of the poses incorporate some kind of plank which also helps with this challenge!0 -

Yesterday I made 2:30 but today I just couldn't hold past 1:17. I might a little later to at least hit my 2:30 mark when Im not so puffed from my workout.0 -
