5'9 started at 190 and lost about 30 lbs. would like to be 155! I have a toddler who is 2 and 9 & 10 year old! Support is key!

Yes cut the cable and get an antenna! Got to have pbs for kids! I use free fitness blender workouts at home so no gym membership. I sell my clothes and bags on poshmark app and hit up thrift stores!

Hey! Thanks! I have done everything from home and for FREE! I use fitness blender you tube videos and do strength and HIIT routines 20-45 mins 4-5 times a week! I am sorry you are going through this. My advise would be to communicate with her. She is probably feeling the similar? Try and give her 100% What you are looking for and she hopefully will in return do the same. Maybe go for a walk or pick up some weights,do a stretch/yoga video on YouTube. I guess the steps is irrelevant Unless I get an actual tracker. The question more was aimed if I am sendentary working out vigorously 6 times a week.

I'm definitely not a couch potato but I have 6 month old that nurses so every time he wants to feed I'm sitting. When I'm cleaning and cooking I don't carry my phone. So the steps might be irrelevant but I'm definitely sendentary. Just curious if the working out would bump me up but guess not.

Well I'm gauging this by my phone which apparently has a tracker. Although I don't carry it around the house so I'm sure it isn't very accurate.

Thanks for the responses! I went from not working out in years to a minimum of 30 mins a day since I got it for last 20 days. Plus it got me on this site and eating healthier! So Even though I I hear a lot of flak about the machine, it has to be better than nothing.
