Well the majority rules. Thank you , Everybody for replying just in time ! I will take my *kitten* to the gym and just pace myself. I always thought I had to talk myself from going to the gym because I had a few beers. I will have plenty of water beforehand!!

Slightly meaning I had about a 6pk so I'm by no way feeling nauseous but I do feel a lil heavy headed and dehydrated. I stopped drinking about 12am and I just woke up at 6am. I'm hoping after a shower , water and breakfast I'll be ready to hit the gym. But then again I just might be ready for nap lol

Omg , I'm 4'11 and currently at 132ibs. My goal is to be 120ibs at the very least. When I started I was at 146ibs. I was stuck around 136ibs for awhile but I'm finally starting to see the pounds come off the scale.

Weight training I don't have a problem with I feel I can add it in but how much weight should I lift (start with?) . i think the last time I added weights I went a little over board , I always felt exhausted the next day :/

Thank you everyone! It means a lot to me when u can take time out of your day and respond to a stranger (who is probably going through what you did ) & tell them about ur experience (good n bad) in hopes to motivate them and save them from anymore unnecessary mistakes.

Another thing , how long will this sugar cravings happen? How long will it takes me to detox ? I have tried to eat bigger dinner hoping I'll be satisfied and I swear my body or head or whatever still wants sugar :(,almost as if it doesn't feel full ! That sounds like addiction :(

Hey that kinda helps , I do always try to start my weight loss by getting to the gym everyday . Most of the time I jog/walk on the treadmill for about 20-25mins and use the epillitic machine for another 30mins.
