  • Lol. Time doesn't fly. It drags. Evening of day 4 of 13. And feel like I'll never make it. It's crazy. Still have to cook for my son and 70 yr old mom. I just want to sleep so tired just want to hide in my room.

  • I went today and bought measuring cups and spoons, strainers, a digital scale, some more shaker cups and I priced some shaker/blender makers. Really like the magic bullet and it's only $40. Not bad. Let me know if you find any gadgets that you like as well.

  • I did it. Went to Italian party for bros 40th and came home to broth. Was told I was grouchy. So I excused myself. Said I wasn't feeling well and left early.   • Thank you guys so much for responding. I went for a walk today. My Fitness Pal informed me it was a "slow pace". But I walked for about 30 minutes and made it 1.2 miles.   • I am having RNY surgery so required to start taking 200%RDA multivitamin, 200% Calcium Citrate, Iron, Magnesium, D, B12. And what ever else comes up deficient when labs are done. I think I'll take a potassium too because I average about 150grms a day and I think you're suppose to have some super high number like 3700.
