Yes I do, in as much as I read Wayne Dyer and some of his colleague's work which I find really beneficial if not life changing. I guess now monitoring what I eat and being aware of using food for the wrong reason is on the road to becoming a stronger person. Thank you kindly for your response Jennifer.

I've been vegetarian for 35 years and always have a varied diet, but documenting it daily I've realised my weight gain is due to high carbs and fat from cheese. Hi Minca, I'm sorry you feel depressed. Just think how happy you will be when you've started to the results. A good tip is to have a favourite bit of clothing, hanging where you can see it most of the time and keep cutting down on calories until it's fits and you feel good in it!
