Juice or Superfoods
Hello, does anyone know of a regular juice or superfoods that will help the moisture levels in my skin? I'm 48 and starting to have hormonal changes, which I'm convinced the skin on my face is becoming dryer. Despite wearing makeup and have a good cleansing and moisturising routine. Any advice would be appreciated.

Weekends are the hardest to stay on track!
Does anybody know about freedom from emotional eating? During the week I'm good, but at the weekend I find it hard, especially being in an unhappy relationship and currently looking for work. Any advice would be grateful.

Low carbs
Hi, I'm a veggy but I'm trying to reduce my carbs. Since using fitness pal, I've realised a large percentage of my meals are quite high in carbs. Any advice please.
