I have consulted my dr a few weeks before and she suggested me to lose at least 6kg more. Therefore I am still trying to losing weight through dieting (taking 1200 calories at least but not cutting off all carbo and eating normally but at a smaller portion and spread it into 5 meals instead) and some cardio dances through…

I didn't use fitbit as I couldn't afford one now. Therefore I didn't add in the calories burned into my diary yet. I am just putting in the food I have taken per day only and didn't eat back any.

I am trying to stick to at least 30 mins of dance everday after work ever since my Industry Attachment started 2 weeks ago. At first, it was pretty tiring and hard to follow the singing along with the dancers. After 3 weeks plus of practising, I am sort of used to it but still find hard to sing out loud. ^^" I am thinking…

I see. Will take note. Thanks.

I see. Thanks for sharing with me your experience.

I see. Sound pretty true too. People did mentioned before that if a person slim down too fast, they will regain the weight faster. Of course, I hope it will be fast but at a steady rate. ^^"
-
I see. Thanks for the advice. I will try and see what will happens. Hope it doesn't go the other way.

I in my 20s and is overweight but for some reason, I tend to feel cold the moment I step into Air-con room. My hands and feet can be cold to the extent that I find hard to type fast and required to touch something warm to feel better. u_u Sweater only works to keep areas such as upper arm warm but it will never help with…

Even with a fitbit, I have to take the 75% into record only? I see. I will take note when I have my fitbit next month. ^^

Oh really? I hope I can lose both. ^v^ I am pretty short as I am only 156cm so I want to meet my basic requirement weight for my height which is 46kg. But at this rate, I am not sure if I can make it... u_u I will keep track of both the diet, measurement and weight daily to make sure I am steady losing it... ^^" But I…

Oh really? Wow~ For my case, I lose inch faster than weight which I feel weird about. ^^" I wish it works for me. I want to reach a healthy weight in a good pace but a steady one so it would not rebounce

According to the guideline, it is 720 for an low impact dance for 90 minutes but I divide it into half or lesser as I am not too sure without fitbit on me. So it should be around 300 calories. However, without proper device...I don't dare to eat back as it might be lesser or more.
-
I only can provided a rough estimation as I am using the guidelines I found on the net. I haven't get my Fitbit due to financial issue so I don't dare to put a bet on it. ^^"

I see. Yup I am not that huge eater in the first place so smaller portion works for me somehow. I tried restricting foods years ago and it work the opposite when I started to go back to normal diet. Therefore I am not going to try that again. But will be choosing things that are Low in fat or sugar as my diet instead. Hope…

Okay. I started to log it as Low impact exercise from yesterday and I realised that I have lose a total of 4.8% of fats based on the calculation for the measurement for neck, waist and hip on the net for a period of two weeks and few cm especially on the waist daily. But I just eat as usual without restricting on anything…
-
I didn't cheated as I didn't actually counted these in my diary under exercises though I did it for two to four times for each videos per day.
-
There are Low impact dance and high impact dance according to the chart on the net. But I classified it as Low impact as it looked. However, it is taking more than what I am expecting it as you sing along with the dance moves when I first tried it. I can say that I sweat more than I was on the theadmill for 2.4km walk.
-
Yup. It look light but it is taking up energy as you sing along with the dance moves. I usually did twice, up to four times for each videos. Total around 1 hour to 1 and a half hour minimum. My BMI for my height is 25+ and I realised that I have been losing inches since I started the dance since 2 weeks ago.
-
Around 1500-1700 calories usually.
-
Here have the correct details cause I didn't log into that one for like years. I have just deleted the account to prevent confusion.
-
I see. ^^ Thanks for your info~ Will try to include exercise into my daily life after IAP starts...

As I am still a full-time student and part-time dental assistant, my school days are usually packed with homework and assignments on weekdays and job for weekends. If I only dance like 2-3 times a week for these busy period with controlling of diets, is it okay? For now, I am enjoying my semester break till end of Oct…

I don't teach dance. ^^" I am depends on anime live concert dance videos. I think @threadmad is a formal dance instructor. Maybe you might ask her.
-
I see. True for that. It will be a bigger different hence not focusing on the measurement sound good. It might bring down the hope if too close. I usually just weigh once a day in the morning and recorded it down. For measurement, I am looking at the guide provided on the web instead. ^^" Hope I get it correct too~

Oh I see. Then I will go to Milk as I don't drink coffee too. ^^" Other than Milo, I do drink Hot Green Tea once a day. I guess that will be another alternative to replace Milo.
-
I love cow and goat milk the most. I kind of scared of the taste of Soy since I was a child. I prefer hot drink over cold drink or packet drink therefore I usually get powdered form instead. Due to some circumstances, I am drinking milo instead of Milk. Is that okay or milk will be a better option over it?
-
Okay sure. Thanks.

Oh I see. If looking out for both the diet and dance, will it help in losing the weight and fat mass at the same time? I am taking all meals outside due to school and part-time work so hard to calculate how much calories I have been taking in as it is based on how much salt, oil and sugar the hawker used and it varies for…

Yeah, but eating less doesn't help to increase the metabolism and decrease the body fat mass which concerned me the most. Therefore, I have been trying to find a exercise that I love and can lasts. I finally find one~ now~ I hope it will lasts till forvever. ^o^/
