Hi i am Cherry~ recently I have started to go back to diet plan at a weight of 65kg 2 weeks ago. As compared to 3 years ago, I didn't purposely choose only streamed or boiled foods for my diet and eat up to 1600/1700 calories per day.

In a week, I usually dance up to 4 times and approximately 1-1.5 hours. I am currently using the dance mirror from Love Live songs. One of them is the Wonderful Rush.

For the current moment, I didn't restrict for my meals and eat normally but stay out to less meats and more vegetables only. From the day one till now is approximate 2 weeks and I have lose around 2.5kg and lose 4 inches on the waist in 5 days time.

Is it Normal? Please advice thanks.

    It is normal to drop weight like that in the beginning. It is also normal for the weight loss to slow down.
    How do you know how many calories you are eating ?

    It is normal to drop weight like that in the beginning. It is also normal for the weight loss to slow down.
    How do you know how many calories you are eating ?

    Around 1500-1700 calories usually.
