Picked up Fitbit today, and although I don't need it before when i had one I found it a good deterrent to help stop me snacking for some reason

I feel your pain. When i started I was the only one in our house. When they had Chinese and that I had a bit etc so took a while to drop my 3 stone. Now my wife has started its so much easier, just the kids to keep happy now

Does it take a bit of maintenance does it? What programs or how often do you use it?

I'm nearly at my goal, just started p90x3 with the wife who just starting her Journey so bought it for her and of course I'll use it too, wanted some extra cardio and liked the idea that it doesn't take up lots off room and it isn't an eye sore either

Just ordered the m3 is everyone still liking/using theirs? How do people find the calorie burn?

The body is so complex, I lost 2 stone on 1600 a day no workouts. Then my weight stopped dropping like it was, 3 or 4 weeks nothing altered so I started eating more 1900 a day and started p90x3 and 2 pound off last week and 1.5 already this week, I can't explain it

Yea we struggle now n then on weekends too, problem is it undoes all my hard work thu week :( I think it's because my weekends have no routine like my weekdays
