Done my first run this morning. 1.5 miles following a app which takes me between run and walk. Is that the best way to get fit? Not quite sure why it does that. It’s 5k runner app couch to 5k

I’ve just started running. Done 1.5 miles yesterday and 2 miles this morning. Omg, my legs are sore, towards end of my run it was starting to be a struggle on my legs. Any tips please on how to help recover, thankyou in advance

Calorie question
Hi, on my asda bacon on the front it say each 2 grilled rashers are 91 calories but on the back it’s say 283 cal per 100 g. I weighed two rasher which was 61 gram so which measurement should I go by? Thanks for your help

Calories and meals size
If I have a busy day so get manage to have my snacks etc come tea time when I’m home instead of having 450-500 left I have 850, do I still have the normal 500 or should I also use the extra 350 as well?

Put back on after reaching goal :(
I hit my goal earlier in the year, lost just under 3 stone, since then that's taking a step back, climbed in the scales I'm up 10 lb :( so back on it today. I guess the losing is only the beginning it keeping it off the counts

Weight fluctuation :/
Hi, I've noticed once or twice and now his morning my weight has gone up a pound since yesterday, I only ate 1643 calories and t25 which was my second day yesterday, my weight is hovering at the moment and its a bit demoralising. Any opinions? Thanks jay

Hi, I'm starting bodybeast but still got a bit of weight to lose and don't fancy eating the massive calories, question is if I stayed on my calorie deficit to which I'm eating about 1600 a day will my muscles just tone? Weight loss faster without workout :/
Hi all, I'm eating 1600 calories a day and was running a couple mile a day on the treadmill as well but my weight wasn't really moving. My ankle started hurting so stopping running and since then my weight is dropping really fast, how can I lose weight faster without working out?

Going out for a meal
I'm doing pretty good with weight loss atm eating about 1700 cal a day. On sat were going out for a meal @ Frankie & Benny's, got no way of accurately adding those calories so what do people do? Just call it a blip or or eat even healthier during the day? Thanks
