Insanity vs max 30

Hi guys. I have both programs and wondering your opinions on them about which is the better for weight loss, don't include the extra time on insanity as that's not a prob as I got time after work. Thanks In Advance

    I think this may depend on your current state of fitness... they'll both get your heart rate to sky rocket. Max 30 has longer periods of intensity - after all the idea is that you "max out". But if you want to lose weight and build muscle, you may want to consider throwing in some strength training every other day. A mix of cardio & strength will help you shred the weight faster.
