Calorie question

Hi, on my asda bacon on the front it say each 2 grilled rashers are 91 calories but on the back it’s say 283 cal per 100 g. I weighed two rasher which was 61 gram so which measurement should I go by? Thanks for your help

    Go by the weight.

    I go by whichever is higher then I know Im not underestimating my calories

    I agree, go by the weight - the non-standard information bothers me. Nutrition information should be listed by the standard measure (weight in grams, volume in ml, etc.) and then the rest could just be: 1 piece weighs approximately ___ grams, or something like that!
