  • I log every morning after bathroom before eating. then I can track how different things effect me , the weight trend is what matters.
  • i am on qsymia not contrive but for those of you who are having such bad side effects (I was on topirimate alone and had bad side effects) talk to your doctor about belviq and qsymia and there is another that is daily injections. I go to dr Kushner (dr in Chicago) he knows his stuff.
  • yes the side effects of memory and brain fog are bad but only when you go up to the dosage that the migraine and seizure people have. weight loss doses are (supposed) to be much less. when I got up to 100mg it was awful. at a qysmia regular dose I do not notice any of it

  • night eating syndrome. I went to an eating disorders clinic & psychiatrist. basically just told me that I need to break my habits, be patient with myself, and use something else to cope/when im bored.
  • I have that problem too - there is actually a new diagnosable eating disorder ( I saw a doctor for it) for people who want to /do eat the majority of their daily calories after dinnertime and wake up at night wanting food and often cannot sleep without. a lot is boredom/using food to cope with something. and a lot if habit…
