I tried overnight oats this morning. I used cinnamon, vanilla, 1 TBS peanut butter, 1 tsp chia seed/flax blend and 1/2 cup almond cashew milk. It was pretty good but it wasn't sweet enough for me. I'm going to experiment with other ingredients. I appreciate the feedback!

Three days no binging. My son convinced me to go to the gym this morning. I'm glad I did but I just can't get back in the swing of things. UGH

I took 3 years of French in high school too. I still remember some of it but I don't think it would get me very far in Paris! That's one place on the top of my bucket list...perhaps in a couple years when I turn 50!!

Physically I feel better but emotionally not so much. I'll get through it though. Not too bad of a food day today but tomorrow I'll be up early for a nice long walk!

Had a good day until an ex sent me a text out of the blue. It brought with it a lot of feelings. The result? I ate everything in site to the point I'm still feeling sick this morning. I hate that I let food take charge!!

I'm 46 and could really use the motivation and support. Ideally I would like to lose 50-60 pounds. Oh and my "babies" are 25 and 18 and I'm still hanging on to baby weight!! LOL

I hope you're able to solve your problem with non surgical options. For me it didn't work. I had to have a tendon transfer and osteotomy July 8th last year.
