Love it with whipped cream.

I also love the challenges it helps me stay motivated by competition to do more. Since 3 of my family have flexes it is funny how we try to out do each other as well so helping to keep us all active.

Love my flex wear it all the time. I also like that it syncs with mfp. Even though I must be doing something wrong because not losing anything it is helping me be more active. Question for everyone do you eat all the calories back that your fit bit gives or just part.
-
I am in I would like to lose around 10-12lbs. Can't seem to lose it. Tracking calories weighing everything trying to be active and only losing same 1-2 back and forth. So planning on not eating back calories added by fitbit to see if it helps. Although always under fit bit target. Fit bit says I should be losing 2.2 lbs a…

Great work very inspiring. Hoping to start losing once I have surgery and I am cleared to move a little more. Already doing what I can as able so I get extra calories so I am not hungry all the time.
-
Great work how long did it take for you to lose it?
-
Thanks not a huge peanut butter fan but that is a way to get calories in quick. I actually think I may have some nuts though that would work

Just checked to make sure it was a 1247 calorie adjustment from fitbit. I walked a lot in the times I can just fitting in extra steps. I don't log exercise to either site it is just extra steps so not double counting. I have both set to lose 2lbs a week so daily calories usually around 1390 before adjustment. I just don't…

Unless my scale is off or calories in food list are wrong I am eating what calories fit bit and Mfp are giving me with the adjustments so I should be at a deficit of 1000 calories a day.

Trust me I understand it is hard. The scale made its first slight dip today in over a week which is good but it needs to keep moving. I will feel better when the average starts coming down as well though. Hang in there I have found these boards to be the most helpful part. Just to have other say I understand your…

Just trying to stay accountable this time and get back on track when I slip up instead of giving up. I am in this for the long haul and trying to be more active because that's the part I miss about being so overweight I am becoming a recluse. I don't want to go out and do anything anymore, I guess I am afraid of what…

Good luck on your journey. I have 120lbs or so to lose and have had issue with frustration started trying to move more and I am sore but no loss actually gained the last couple of days. But I am weighing everything trying to make better choices and :) taking it one day and step at a time. I can't wait until I have had some…

40 here and trying to bring sexy back lol. ;) Add me if you like. Already looking for cute clothes I can wear once I lose the other person I am packing around. I love your post lilbitotrouble thats about the time mine packed and went to a beach somewhere lol.

I have over 100lbs to lose. Only a couple of weeks but using trendweight and weighing daily to average out daily changes and going up slowly. Making healthier choices and moving more, I know it will work and I just need to be patient and keep doing what I am doing. But with so much to lose I thought I would lose a little…

Agreed with queenliz a lb is a lb either way muscle doesn't weigh more just takes up less space than a lb of fat. So lb for lb you can weigh more and have lean muscle and be smaller than same weight in fat.
-
Doubtful eating at a deficit maybe toning sadly underused muscles but I think probably some retained water due to muscle soreness. But very hard to see scale moving the wrong direction with all the work. And I didn't measure prior to starting so not sure it is making a difference. I don't notice clothing fitting different…

Also with muscle soreness how long does water take to flush out and how many pounds could it be?

You look beautiful. Some girls never get the flat stomach, its just the way we are wired. Just keep up what you are doing it may flatten over time if you lose more body fat. But if you feel bad at a lower level this maybe your body's makeup. I had a similar makeup at your age and hated the way I looked. I wish I could go…

Thanks everyone

Than you I just didn't want to hinder progress, I am very out of shape complete beginner so I thought I would start with body weight exercises first then trainer to help ensure proper form.

Love my Brooks. Expensive but worth every penny. Wear for work to when on my feet for 12hour shifts and feet no longer hurt at the end of the day.

I can tell a difference you are doing great

You look amazing what type of exercise did you do on your journey? Did you lift, do cardio or both?
