70 lbs is a great accomplishment! Good work!

Are you still losing or are you maintaining?

Thank you! The biggest difference was getting my blood pressure/sugar back into normal...but I'll take smaller shirts as well =)

Ranch dressing on my pants would kill me. Just the smell makes me gag.

Awesome difference! It's pretty apparent. :)

I love ranch! Combine that with the alcohol I'd been quafting, and you had a mellow Dan over the spill..no biggie =P

Well done. That is a big change.
When you are at your goal you will have to post your story and pics in the success thread. Glad to see you are still fitting in the things you love. In my books that is the way to long term success.

    Cheers, heather.

Feel more proud than different haha. But really, I notice little changes like being able to get out of chairs and such easier, walking being less annoying..and everyone asks me how I do it, I say I make sacrifices and I love MFP calculating my food.

Great work very inspiring. Hoping to start losing once I have surgery and I am cleared to move a little more. Already doing what I can as able so I get extra calories so I am not hungry all the time.

Congrats! I know what it is like to not have many pics as we tend not to want them taken when we are that big. Having your clothes fit better or falling off of you is a great feeling when it means you get to go DOWN in size. One of the biggest things I look forward to is being able to buy clothes at normal stores rather than hope they have a "Big & Tall" section that might have sizes that will fit.
