It all depends what you mean by "fit". There is different perspectives of that term. For some it may be losing weight. For others it may mean losing fat.

Remember that not all calories are the same. For example, 160 calories of almonds, is not the same as 160 of ice cream.

Smaller goals help reach the bigger goals. If you want to lose 30, focus on losing 10 first. Then your journey will seem easier to achieve. Best of luck :)
