New To The Community

Hello. I am new to the community and need to learn my way around. I am really struggling with trying trying to lose weight this year. I have been able to do it in the past, so I'm not sure why I am having such an issue with it now. I could really use some support and I think, by joining the community it will help me keep my focus.
My goal is to improve my health and ability to do things. I would like to be able to be more active and have more stamina without getting tired. And I would like to lose some weight during the process, even if it's slowly, but something I can keep up, that would make me happy.
I am happy to have found this community and looking forward to making new friends. :)

    I am having similar struggles with weight loss, but I do exercise a lot so I feel healthier. Please add me as a friend and we can share success stories and offer encouragement & support on our fitness journey.
