I can see being off 2-400 calories but even then I'm under if you can read my log it's got everything I eat,I drink water and no calorie drinks

Possible although I did lose 85lbs in under 6months eating this way either way.

Ok cool,what would you all think on my activity level,I at least take 5k steps at work which is up and down on my knees and climbing Scaffles as I'm a painter,then when I get home I do at least 30min cardio and 3days a week I workout,rest on Sunday.

What are you referring to as bmr?How do you come to that number?

Ok so if I can lose 1% body fat a month then I could possibly be between 12-15% within 10 months or so,what's a recommended amount of carbs and fats,I have no problem with my calorie counting as far as going over I'm eating 14-1800 a day sometimes less so I know that's not enough probably why I lost 85lbs in 6months.

Guessing the coach/trainer idea is best but not in a place to where I can do that,nevertheless I will keep learning what I can and do what I can,as I said main goal is cut body fat so I can look toned up and in shape.

Ok,thanks to all who have commented so far,I'm not pretending to know all about everything,but my biggest goal at the moment is reducing body fat and at least not losing muscle,I'd like to be toned up and in shape,wouldn't mind a 6pack,on my calorie intake and macro's I can hit my protein goals easily but have harder time…

How much weight,currently 6ft 203lbs lost 85lbs in last 6months how much more needs to be lost is the key question?

I'm a newbie in the exercise/workout world really trying to tone up so am really trying not to gain weight I'm still eating less than what this app says I should eat to lose 2lbs a week without exercising.

Should I opt to not take the pre workouts then,or is there some they don't do that?

Muscles are a little sore not bad,the pre workout in taking is capsules I did log one day but it showed no difference in any of my nutritional info,I'm using n.o. Fury.

I get that but on me it's been within 2 or 3lbs everyday except the ones that they say I don't eat enough to project a 5week loss,I'm always about 1k calories under what they tell me I can have.

Heck I don't eat a lot of calories,I'm lucky if I do 1200 to 1500 yesterday don't think I hit 1000.i know that ain't good,or so they say for a 26 yr old male but trying to work it out and get a few extra "healthy" calories.

I do my best to log as accurately as possible but can be hard as I said I eat out nearly every night so I can only go by the info I find.

What's macros,I did change what I eat to like a typical day is a protein meal bar for breakfast and I use benefiber in a bottled water,then lunch is around 8 baby carrots and another benefiber and water and supper is usually something like grilled chicken sandwich or grilled chicken salad,and if I can I'll have green beans…

I lost most of my weight prior to this app,and I have increased some around 12 to 1300 at the moment would you think,according to the app if I stay between 12 to 1500 which is the low for any male would I be good,I should mention I'm a painter I work in 90 plus degree heat all year long and move a lot.
