You should set goals that you can reach, also they must be challenging for you, not a easy one. Focus on what you want to accomplish, and eliminate distractions:)

If you still breast feeding that might be the reason. It might take time, continue to workout. But if you wanna look more tight you must do weight lifting. :)

use stairs, dont park your car to the closes entrance, use every oppurtunity to move :)

Attend group exercises if they have it, best way to burn calories. aAlso you can do some weight lifting before the classes and short run.
