If you still breast feeding that might be the reason. It might take time, continue to workout. But if you wanna look more tight you must do weight lifting. :)

Hiya, Ozgurvh Thankyou for your reply.

What type of weight lifting? My partner does weights and we have a heavy weight set up at home.

Would it be better if I focus more on my abdomen etc.
Like I say I do walking daily and 3-4 days a week I jog, whilst pushing a pram and watching my eldest on his bike.

Lift heavy things and put them back down. I have 6 kids (recently a 3 month old) and that's what helped mine.

How will breastfeeding lift a hanging stomach?

Best advice I have is keep losing weight, lift heavy-ish things (kids count), and be patient. Many people on here had the apron and have either lost it (flat stomach) or minimized it enough. I have a massive stomach overhang and I know it's not going away without surgery.

Iv had 5 babies, my youngest is now 1 and was born via a c section which made my over hang soooo much worse, but it is deffinately getting smaller the more weight I loose,
so advise above is all good, keep doing what you are to loose weight AND defo add in lifting

its not gonna happen over night, or over a couple of months tbh but the more ya keep going the better it will get x

Thankyou for your advice. What kind of weight would you advise lifting? For quicker results? Mainly because without this problem skin I'd be a size smaller.

*Going on holiday in July & wouldn't mind wearing a high waisted bikini, overhang kinda toned

A progressive lifting program. There's a sticky about which one would suit you.
