Calories Goal

Hi Pals, when I logged on with goal weight etc, the daily calories goal, are they according to what I must eat per day to reach my goal weight, or must I eat less to loose the weight, eg. The daily calories is what I must eat as woman to maintain my current weight? Thanks FitnessPals

    If ypu set mfp to include a deficit then its the amount you should eat to lose weight.

    Ok thanks so much, I thought so, just wasn't sure... Wow chewable foods are filling hey, im so stuffed all day hahahaha thought Im over eating here hahaha
