That being said, I still like to eat the occasional grapefruit or drink the juice. Just make it a part of your food plan, not the cornerstone.

Many, many years ago I did the grapefruit diet. I got an insane amount of vitamin c, and did lose weight, but realistically, long term, it's very bad for you. Eat a nutritionally balanced and calorically appropriate menu and you'll lose weight, no fake science needed.

I recently got a pair. Very comfortable. That being said. .. Take a few minutes to go to a decent running store for a proper fitting and gait assessment.

Slight correction, I only work out and do cardio 6 days a week. Even I admit to needing a break, but I still feel guilty about it. Today I 100% should have taken a complete break, especially after I took a look at how many calories I burned last night! Skiing burns some crazy calories!

Yoga does wonders for building core strength and, IMO, vastly improves your overall body coordination.

I'll see if I can find a pair around here to try. Having size 6 shoes is a curse! They're always available online, but rarely in stores. Those darn kids buy them (well, their parents) before I can!

This! This is what keeps me working out, that and the sense of accomplishment when I hop off the stair machine after I kick its butt for 30 minutes. It's getting very personal between the two of us!
