I do but there are different models of them.

Also, shoes are very personal. Just because someone hates them doesn't mean that you will to (and vice versa). For example, I hate Asics. They are fine shoes, they just don't suit my feet. Other's swear by them.

I recently got a pair. Very comfortable. That being said. ..
Take a few minutes to go to a decent running store for a proper fitting and gait assessment.

Thanks for the replies. I am currently loving my Asics. I agree with the running store advice. My daughter is a student at University of NE and she is doing a class assignment and needs to interview someone about them. Could you help her out?

i've had a pair before, they are just generic running shoes. Find a pair that is right for you and your pronation.

Not a single person at her school has a pair of Saucony shoes?

She needs one more and apparently not many of the people she hangs with are into fitness.

I have Saucony Triumph ISO2's. They are not my favorite at the moment. I still like my Nike Vomero 9's better and I just got some Brooks Glycerin's that I really, really like.

I have about 100 miles on them and I will continue to wear them for my shorter runs.

Thanks gals, she has all the data she needs for the project. I have no exercise shoe loyalty, it is all about the fit and performance for the chosen activity. But Birkenstocks have been my summer shoe choice since Clinton was in the white house.

You need a shoe which is appropriate to your gait. The brand is kind of immaterial. Saucony have a full range of options just like Asics or many other running shoe manufacturers.
