Thanks guys! I figured I was doing the right thing. Glad I'm not the only one who looove condiments! I have gotten better about using them. So are we doing a weigh in every Sunday? Or what? We should make small daily goals as well I think. If you walk for an hour a day make it an hour and ten minutes. Doing 20 squats make it 30.
