I mean up to 1 h cuz at that period you are most hungry idk it works for me I usually eat lunch and dinner and I have lost some weight. I also try to cut salt, sugar, pasta and bread as much as I can.
-
But loosing weight helps you be faster
-
1) Don't eat 1 h after the run 2) You probably overestimate your cal intake and don't drink enough water 3) You need change of exercise ( which btw will help your performance like weight training, intervals , cross training)
-
Cut the junk and don't wash your face with normal soap
-
Maybe....If you do a marathon....
-
Ohh I love cats so much too bad I am alergic to them :(
-
white bread ( well mostly... I try as much as I can), pasta, added salt and sugar and junk food

Today I ran 12 km in an hour ( which is a personal accomplishment for me) :)

I really need new shoe and want a Garmin watch but I prefer to buy myself that when I save some cash. I feel bad asking for presents it is for kids. After all Christmas is for meeting family not for clustering unneede objects :)

Hi :) Thank you for the support :) I think that I really need to decrease the coffee cuz I end up Nes coffee (200 g) for a week. What do you substitute it with ?
-
The most I don't workout a week is for 2 days but it is rear.
-
Thanks for the info. Idk if it is a lot but these day cuz it is cold it is 20-30 km a week ( 3 day 10 km for 50-55 min) and 3 days weight training 60-90 min ( it could be more weight training depends how cold is outside). I also drink HUGE amounts of coffee. I have a problem also that sometimes my hands are shaking. Do I…

When I am not running I workout with 10 kg dumbell (squats, luges, planks (without dumbell), "the chair" without weight, bridge , step ups , "Bulgarian squat" with weight) and some exercise for arms. Usually the workout lasts for 60-90 min.

I was struggeling with bulimia and it still tries to come back but I don't let it. So my advice to you is get off the cal calculating sites because it makes you constantly think about food and makes you depressed and judging yourself etc. This type of sites triggers ED back , trust me I say it with my heart. I don't log…
-
I will try to be more accurate with my logging and I will add every recepie I cook as my own and then I will see what happens :)
-
I don't weight food I measure it by eye but I will buy food scale
-
Yes it is. You organism adapts to the stress and you burn less cal from the exercise you used to burn more. Like if I run every day 15 km at one point my body will adapt to the stress and I will burn less cal. That is why many ppl have problem with losing weight.
-
If your body gets used to the exercise it won't be so efficient anymore .
-
Why no cardio ? Why depriving yourself from the good endorphins ? Maybe if you do intervals or 1-2 days 5ks it won't be bad for your weight gain ?:(
-
Literally on everything I find in the fridge :(

Always need more friends add me :)

Add me :)

Wait....what ? You only eat 1400 cal and do that much exercise ? 12 h is a lot of exercise no matter the effort and I also think that you shouldn't eat that little or you will burn out for sure. Also I don't think that weight has to do much with how healthy you are (exept if you are obese or anorexic which you are…

You mean complex and simple carbs ? Complex carbs are the one that your body digests slower like pasta, bread, rice and there are simple carbs like fruits and veggies which are the primary source of energy for your body.
-
or yogurt ( and maybe some honey and a fruit)
-
I also eat around 2500 cal a day but I run on avg 70 km per week . I think it depends on what you eat you might want to increase protein in your diet ( dairy and lean meat) or you can buy protein powder and casein. Also if you want to gain you have to do less reps with more weight.

I have heard that walking bearfoot on sand helps.

hmmm it could be wrong technique, maybe you run on sole too much. You should be running on your toes or you could hurt your Achilles tendon . The soles of the shoe for running on road should be softer then trails. And really it is not about the brand, my shoes are very cheap Kalenji but are doing great job.
