Thanks for sharing!! I started my journey after a doctor's appointment & a scale that showed 216 lbs. I'm down 4 lbs in a month thanks to hard work. I know I could crack down on my eating a little more but I already am feeling a ton better.

This may sound dumb...But I can take my shirt off while crossing both my arms - like my right arm grabs the left part & the left arm grabs the right part of my shirt. It may not seem like much but it's something for me!

Good luck!! I have always been a little nervous about the gym - probably more intimidated than anything. Like I'm the chubby girl with all these fit people. But, I have learned to embrace it & enjoy it...It is ME time that I desperately need!

I love to run & don't look like a runner. I love when I break my own times for my miles. I'm determined to get to a point where I job/run for 30 solid minutes...I'm not there yet but will be. Good luck on your 5K!

I really like T25. But I also like variety. I lost about 10 lbs on it doing it 3-4 days a week rather than daily.
