It really depends how often you work out as well. You might want to have your carb percentage higher to fuel your body for energy and recovery for hard work outs and then lower your carb intake on rest days.

26! I've reach my ideal weight I want but I still want to look leaner so I'm still cutting.

Other reasons that your body weight might be stalled is do to the muscle you are gaining from working out. Your body is changing in a good way and your weight may not be decreasing but you are still losing fat overall.

Eating in a caloric defaciet is key! It's always about calories in vs Calories out. Majority of your food should be healthy but your allowed to have about 10 percent of whatever you want! Just as long as it meets your macros.
