I'm also looking.. But have found Samsung galaxy gear fit 2.. It has gps built in... Reads your heart rate every 10 seconds.. Counts calories.. Has built in MP3 so you can run without a phone. And the same with spoons of ground almonds and linseeds.. so I'm going to put in maintenance but a lower exercise like that of a school…

Thanks for replying.. ive just reset mmyfitnesspal goals to maintaining at low activities.. it says 1860 so going to leave it there and eat back my calories.. hopefully I'm more active than I know and it will work out at a deficit.. going to think about a fit bit so I know my property tdee.. which one would you suggest?

My diary is open... if there are days I've half logged (3 or 4 occasions where it stops at 500 cals) it's because I gave up low carbing for the day and ate like there was no tomorrow :D guaranteed the calories would be 3000+ on those days.. Maybe if we used inches instead of dress sizes it would be a whole lot easier. I get confused with converting from uk to us. My waist now is 30 inches and i want to be 27.5 inches again.. honestly don't think I could go smaller without looking I'll. I'm 5ft 9 and currently 170lbs

Hi I'm also wanting to lose my last lbs before the new year. I have low carbs in the week under 50g. Then i have one day set aside to count calories and enjoy the family with popcorn night or whatever. It Seems to be working for me. I'm 5ft 9 with about 30 more lbs to lose to reach 140lbs

I drink loads of it it. But don't log it. Problem comes when you order it in restaurants and they swap it with full sugar version. It kicked me out of ketosis just a couple of sips so I went home and tested and it was negative

Thanks for replying I'll let you know if carb cycling is viable for me.. i also have a bit of a carb addiction but love this woe and find it really easy to keep to. But hard to limit treats to just one so if I can't keep the calories down I'll try just increasing carbs with fruits and veg!

I'm cutting out sugar eatting more natural foods. and I'm losing around 1lb a week when I'm not being naughty.. I'm around 1400 calories and going to the gym at least once a week..(cross trainer and treadmill) hard to fit it in with 6 kids and a hubby always working.
