So I understand it's estimated. When I enter my calories for cardio I always go off of what the treadmill tells me I burned, not the app. Is that still possibly pretty inaccurate? I usually lift pretty hard (I think) for 45 mins to an hour and it only estimates around 130 calories burned, which I feel like is pretty low,…
